These mock test papers are conducted by the ICAI (the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). Mock tests are conducted prior to the main exams, which are scheduled to be held twice a year for all levels of the CA Course, i.e., in the months of May and November. Mock tests are conducted in two series, once two months before the examination and the other one month before the examination. For a student appearing in the May attempt, the mock test is generally scheduled in the months of March and April's first week, and for the November attempt, it is generally scheduled in September and October's first week. Mock test papers are conducted as per the exam pattern and help in preparing for the exams.

In addition to the mock test, the institute also provides the Revision Test Paper, which deals with the specific amendments applicable to a specific attempt. Students are advised to read the RTP, which contains chapter-wise certain practice questions that help in a better understanding of concepts.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOCK TEST:

• STUDENTS NEED TO REGISTER FOR APPEARING IN THE MOCK TEST AT THE CHAPTER OF ICAI AT LEAST 2 MONTHS BEFORE THE SCHEDULE OF THE MOCK TEST.
• REGISTRATION IS BASED ON THE CANDIDATES'S REGISTRATION NUMBER.
• REGISTRATION FEES ARE RS. 100 PER PAPER.
• THESE TESTS ARE CONDUCTED FOR BOTH OLD AND NEW SYLLABUS OF EXAMINATION.
• MOCK TESTS ARE CONDUCTED FOR ALL LEVELS OF CA EXAMS.
• TIMING FOR EXAMS IS 2:00 PM TO 5:00 PM.
• THESE TESTS ARE FOR 3 HRS. AND CARRIES 100 MARKS FOR EACH PAPER.
• EXAMS ARE CONDUCTED AT EXAMS CENTERS SPECIFIED BY ICAI.
• CANDIDATE NEEDS TO SECURE AT LEAST 40 MARKS IN EACH SUBJECT AND AN AGGREGATE OF 200 FOR A SINGLE GROUP AND 400 FOR BOTH GROUPS.
• THESE TESTS HELP STUDENTS KNOW THEIR PREPARATION FOR THE UPCOMING EXAMS.
