Return and Refund Policy


If You get a damaged or defective product, or a product that does not meet the specifications specified in your initial order, You must contact the customer support team via any of the channels listed below;

Our policy lasts 48 hours after delivery. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, we shall not responsible for failure of replace your product.

CApoint will check the legitimacy and substance of Your complaint upon receipt, and if CApoint is confident that the complaint is legitimate, CApoint will notify the relevant Provider of such complaint and request a replacement. However, if You make frivolous and false complaints about the quality and content of the products, CApoint maintains the right to take appropriate legal action against You, and You will be solely accountable for all costs spent by CApoint in this regard. You expressly acknowledge that the Provider supplying the defective product/service will be entirely accountable to You for any claims that You may have in regard to such defective product/service, and CApoint shall not be held liable in any way for the same.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products should be returned in their original packaging.

Please confirm that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered before accepting dispatch of any product. If You notice that the package is damaged or tampered, please decline delivery and notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the nature and category of the product, We may restrict the return process.

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 48 hours after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

If a product is returned and accepted by CApoint, the value of that product, as initially paid by You during product acceptance or otherwise, will be repaid to You. CApoint or the approved payment gateway will credit Your refunds into Your debit/credit card or online accounts or give You with a cheque in this regard at CApoint's discretion.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-15 days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return products should be perfectly and strongly packaged so that there is no more damages for product during transit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 5000 INR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
