CS Executive Syllabus 2024: Everything You Need to Know

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) provides the syllabus for the CS Executive exam. The latest syllabus (2022) is now in effect. Candidates can switch from the old syllabus (2017) to the new one by applying online at icsi.edu. To appear for the exam under the new syllabus, candidates must pass a pre-exam test. Below is the complete CS Executive syllabus and exam pattern in a simple format.

CS Executive Exam 2024 Overview

  • Mode of Exam: Offline, at test centers
  • Exam Duration: 3 hours for each paper
  • Total Marks: 100 per paper
  • Language: English
  • Questions: MCQs and Descriptive
  • Pre-Exam Test: Required before enrollment
  • First Exam with New Syllabus (2022): December 2023
  • Last Exam with Old Syllabus (2017): June 2024
